We contracted Sandy Gerber to help strengthen our BC Account Manager’s sales acumen during our Sales Retreat. As the featured speaker, Sandy was energetic, fun, engaging and inspiring. Her presentation was filled with practical tips and lacked much of the unsubstantiated hype and catch phrases that too often accompanies sales training. She did her homework and came with an analysis of our current Rogers Radio footprint on the web and offered some suggestion to improve our messaging. I believe the content will help our Account Managers better serve their clients going forward.
